A crucial component of your program is to find a way to demonstrate it has an impact.   The simple strategic planning session allows your organization to easily explain to others what it is you plan to do, how you will change behaviors, and when this change will take place.

Andrew has worked with hundreds of Colleges and Universities in creating and implementing a strategic plan for prevention work.  Colleges have been able to secure funds for positions and programs, change policy surrounding Alcohol and Other Drugs, and reach out into the community to work in alliance with Taverns and police agencies.

If you choose this option, plan to spend a day with members of your campus and community.  We will play, explore, discuss, and develop a long term outcomes-based plan.  This plan will consist of immediate goals with will quickly impact your community.
